YES is a social dating app designed to make meeting new people feel more natural — built around real events and shared experiences rather than endless swiping. Its concept was strong, but the early product had gaps in flow and clarity that made communication feel less engaging.
I joined the team to optimize the app’s key functions and overall user logic. My work focused on refining interaction patterns, streamlining navigation, and improving how users connect and message each other. Every adjustment — from visual hierarchy to micro-interactions — aimed to make the experience smoother and more human.
